Remember that it is possible to indicate a delivery address different than the billing address. This is very useful in cases where you want to make a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to stay out of your usual residence for a while.
Spain and any European destinations: you will receive your order within 2-3 working days from the payment processing.
Countries outside the European continent: the periods vary between 5 and 15 days depending on the continent of destination.
Shipping costs are free for orders over € 55 for every European country.
For lower purchases, shipping costs will be 4.95 EUR.
We will send you an email when your order is about to leave our warehouse.
The courier will contact you through an email to inform you of the delivery and will provide you with an identifier to track your shipment online.

The steps to request a pickup at your home:

Once we receive the package, the amount of the refund will be processed in the same payment method used in the purchase within a period of 14 working days. The return costs are free.
